Redundancy Coaching

Sue coaches people through redundancy by listening attentively, reflecting and challenging constructively. Sue's own experiences of redundancy provide an empathetic understanding of the impacts of this change on the individual all those affected by it and the potential for development through change.

Sue coaches individuals to improve well being, self esteem and competency, to allow individuals to go for their own chosen life. She believes that by listening attentively, reflecting accurately and challenging constructively, she allows the coachee to explore their current situation, their options and the ways to move towards the desired goal. Sue's own experiences of redundancy, relationships, bereavement and empty nest provides an understanding of the impacts of change on the individual and the development of self through change.

Sue is a qualified and experienced coach who has been supporting individuals to reach their potential for more than 25 years. She applies principles and techniques from a variety of areas to provide coaching tailored to the client’s needs. She is committed to her own professional and personal development and is an Associate of the Association for Coaching.She is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) co-coaching forum in Harrogate and a member of the development group to establish a north east forum. Sue uses her natural creativity and care for people to explore their present, determine what is important for their future, build on strengths, develop resilience and promote the accelaration of problem resolution.
